Earlier this year, Alton Towers was listed as the seventh-best theme park in Europe in the Tripadvisor 2023 Traveller's Choice Awards.

It offered a range of activities for young people, including a day out to Alton Towers, a bowling trip, ice-skating, and washing cars in Porthmadog for a good cause.
